Captain Posts: 70 Group: Members Member #11 Joined: June 15, 2005	I ordered the imported July Newtype from Animeten -- yes, I know I don't actually speak Japanese but I indulge myself every now and then -- and there was an article about the FMA movie. I had two thoughts when I saw the pictures: the second was, "My, Al's grown up all nice and non-armored." However, that came long after my first thought, which was something along the lines of... "HUGHES! OMG Al and Ed are sitting at a table talking to HUGHES!" He's wearing a uniform (not the one in the series, it's black and looks like the ones from "our" world) and he's looking all alive and stuff and I thought it was probably just supposed to be someone who looked like him, but then I read the block of text next to him and I know enough katakana to figure out that the first line was "Hiyuusu?" so I went right back to doing the happy fangirl bouncing.

But since he was talking to the older versions of Al and Ed -- and more importantly, Al without armor -- it can't be a flashback. I suppose it could be a dream or some wacky homunculus action, but I repeat: HUGHES!
