That is a good start! I used to get my manga from the library. It is a fab way to access manga. Especially for someone with no money like me. I was really dependant on my library, but now I have no time to go to it. Not to mention take my books back again. I end up with such huge late fees that it would've been cheaped to buy them!  that always sucked.

You know what my problem is? No self-control. I keep track of these things and in the past two weeks I've bought: Tsubasa 6 Descendants of Darkness 6 Prince of Tennis 8 Gravitation 12 Hunter x Hunter 3 From Eroica with Love 4 I have on order: Yellow 1 Antique Bakery 1 Bleach 8 Naruto 7 Fruits Basket 11 Get Backers 11 Saiyuki Reload 1 Tramps Like Us 6 Hands Off! 4 Dragon Voice 5 Fortunately, after this there's nothing coming out for me until the first week of September. I'll catch up on my budget by then, and *grumble* get another damn bookcase. |

I picked up Hellsing volume 7 and Death Note volumes 1 and 2 today but was disappointed because Borders didn't have Beck volume 2. |

^I picked up the first couple volumes of "Death Note" last week, too.
 You'll have to let us know how you like it, hide. It's definitely got a lot of good hype behind it... I went on a big manga spending spree last week, but it was mostly just getting caught up with existing series I'm following. The only other new one I bought was the first volume of "Legal Drug". Right now, I have a little dilemma. I'm currently going through a major fangirl phase with "One Piece", so I'm tempted to start reading the manga...but it's SOOOOO huge, and there are only CERTAIN elements of the series that I like, so it's hard to commit.

Death Note is great and I already read it before it came out...(I'll leave it at that) The name changes make me mad because I prefer Raito over Light and Ryuuku over Ryuuk. |
